Above and Beyond Dear Mike and all other staff at Mike Palmer Automotive, sometime last month, I brought my little Ford Ranger in for a new exhaust system. I just wanted to say that all of you went above and beyond and went the extra mile in providing me with professional and courteous service. Your shop gave me a substantial amount of savings for a service and parts that would have been expensive elsewhere.
Most Friendly I felt very comfortable and at ease with everyone! It was definitely the least intimidating, most friendly auto shop I've been to.

They not only provide great customer service, but they do honest work at a good price. Being a skeptical consumer, I have been to many auto repair shops, as well as many dealers. None of them even come close to delivering at the level of Mike Palmer Automotive.
