I was informed in January 2021, that my life insurance policy would increase, and if I did not renew my policy, it would be cancelled in October 2021. I spoke with a State Farm agent and stated I could not afford nor want the policy; the money was deducted without my authorization or knowledge. I contacted State Farm and was informed that I will not be reimbursed.

I have been a loyal customer of State Farm for over 10 years with the same agent. I filed my only car accident claim with them on 12/15/21. I had no worries at the time because I thought State was a great company and would treat me right. I called after hours hotline to report the accident. I had just purchased a 2019 Nissan 2 months prior. I was told I did not have collision insurance only comprehensive and could not tow my car nor could I get a rental car. My van was stolen by thieves and now by them it was before Christmas it's January 26 and still nothing their treating me like I'm the criminal what a bunch of trash my friend's house caught on fire and they screwed him also stay away from this company they will screw you over also warning

I am extremely unhappy with State farm. I am waiting over 24 hours to have a car towed.. If i was on a main road in the fridge temperature I would not be able to even tell my story. I keep getting a new company after new company.. And still no results. I am thinking about leaving the agency promptly.

I moved from N** **** to N**** ******** back in October and my bill drastically decreased in price because insurance is obviously cheaper here. in December it was transferred back to N** **** while still live in N**** ******** because of really bad information I received from them. The DMV told me that information was wrong and to transfer it back immediately before I am fined and my license and registration is suspended. to this day the greedy company has not transferred it back yet trying to get extra money out of me so I ... read more

This Company is a joke. Do not waste your money with them. They will not help you. They will only deny your claim over and over. Then say one thing and do another. This company is awful. I will NEVER recommend and every person i talk about insurance i will make sure they know how awful they are and to immediately change. This company is a BAD faith company. They are definitely not what they are. And they do not Care about you. Only your money.

Trying to return to State Farm after 5 months it gave me 50% higher rate compare to someone I personally referred to them. I complained stating: We both live next door: same address: same zip code: same car: same mileage: same age: (+ 4 years; both retired: both drive low mikes: same twin house: both divorced: one drivers tx etc etc. Now the most STUOID UNPROFESSIONAL IFIOTIC UNINTELLIGENT, ridiculous answer by a State Farm UNDER WRITER FAIL (phone I have on recird) on behalf of the legal department: ITS NIT TGE SAME AS YOU ... read more

Car was stolen late night on 11/7. Contacted State Farm same day and filed my police report. Got in a rental car. They said they’d cover up to $600. Car was recovered late night 11/10 by police. Couldn’t release car 11/11 because it was Veterans Day so released it 11/12. State Farm would not answer phone calls to help me with tow yard fees ($420). Tow yard was kind enough to waive the fees. Got a bill this week for much higher. Covid variant is running rapid. People are losing jobs. Money is hard to come by. People are staying at home...afraid to travel. State Farm raised my rate premium insurance . I only go to the store and back. It seems like State Farm pays the football players more on their commercials and the customers have to "FOOT" the bill.

A letter was sent to the complainant on January 20, 2022. We have reached a satisfactory resolution. Our position is firm, but we will review and consider any new information if presented.
