I’m working with Mike Naylor to sell my condo in San Pedro, and I feel like I actually have someone on my side. What I value most is that he looks out for my interests and pushes for the best outcome, not just to close the deal. He keeps me informed, responds quickly, and I never have to chase him. My husband and I met Mike and we instantly knew we would make him our realtor. His knowledge of the South Bay, the market and his professionalism were all outstanding. Mike was amazing to work with! We were so lucky that the first open house we went to when we started our search happened to be a listing of his and ended up talking to him about what we were looking for. Mike is a fantastic realtor! We started our search for a house in the worst possible time to buy a house but Mike found many great places for us within budget. He never pushed us on anything and even houses we liked he provided honest feedback and any negatives he saw. Eventually Mike was able to find us an off-market house through his connections that we put an offer in and got it accepted. I was looking for a house in the LA area for my mother upon her moving back from being overseas for a few years.
