Thank you so much for a wonderful meal on what seemed to be a very busy night. Our food was delicious, our waitress was an amazing person! Sad that more people can't be so kind and patient when they decide to leave home, have their meal prepared for them and to be waited on!!! Horribly rude customers to the staff, I really felt bad for the waitress. I will defiantly eat here again busy or not!
Placed an order for wings and a sub at 6:09 and was told it would be here in 40 minutes. It is now 86 minutes layer and no delivery yet.
Takes forever for food to come out, waited an hour and a half for entree. Fetachini came out, they were not fetachini noodles, the sauce was bland and looked like curried milk. It was sent back and came out with some dried parsley sprinkled on it, then it came back with more curtled sauce. We were told that's the recipe, bland. We followed some of the other customers, paid for what we for and left.
Took over an hour to get our food as they gave our pizza to someone else and still gave us a pizza with so much sauce dripping from it. The waitress and another girl were very polite and apologetic. Once we got to the counter and said it was unacceptable, calmly I may add, the girl with all the nose rings could care less and as we sat in the car watch as they are laughing at customers who had to pay for food that was still wrong. Did you know they cater?? I've used them for business lunches & am so pleased! The customer service is bar none, the food is delicious, and the prices are perfect! Ordering is a breeze & Mike never ceases to amaze me with how quick he is to respond to my requests! Need I say more? Don't hesitate...do yourself a favor & order already!!
Awesome food! Best pizza in Erie County. Friendly staff.
Called at 6:08 to order food for delivery. Yes it was for 8 people so there was a sub and 7 calzones. We're a three minute drive away. They told us an hour..... An hour and a half later I finally called and they told me ten more minutes... 15 minutes later I called again I was told a couple of our calzones needed to be remade. They were out the door already. 15 minutes later still no show. So I called again. I asked for a discount since we now waited two hours for our food and they said all they could do was a dollar off..! ... read more
You guys suck!!!!! Came out here for roar at the shore, ordered delivery at 6.08, 7.30 still no food, called and said 10 more mins, we waited till 8, your one place we will never recommend. If your ever out this way, don't waste your time here, go to the avonia tavern. Food is great here, and they didn't mind taking our 100 dollar plus order.
