Ordered COMBO BALLS. They said I called back and changed it to taco balls. We never called back. But we never got them any way. Called to get it fix, redelivered, and the money difference back. She wanted me to talk to the manager to figure it out. They hung up on me and it rang busy for the next 3 calls. I had to go there to figure it out. And still did not get what I wanted.
Horrible customer service! Have been going there for over six years and the quality of the food has gone down hill. The toppings on everything is minimal. Oh and dont order a meatball sub...u will get a thin layer of SLICED meatballs! Ive never had a meatBALL sub with out actual meatballs! Didn't want to refund our money. I ordered a turkery sub no tomato...covered in tomatoes and the amount of mayo was disgusting....literally dripping mayo! Gross! They lost us for good as a customer! Save your money!
Had a "credit" for not getting what I paid for, call again today to use my "credit " I was told I already used it. Interesting considering I haven't been back since they screwed up my first order a few weeks ago. Every time I order there seems to be an issue!
Has better food than any place in town ! I love there fries an chicken ranch pizza ! Can't go to any other pizza place that gets better than this place !!!
