Dr. Mike Mysinger crossed a line when he told my 6-year-old son, "Maybe your mom needs to take you into the bathroom to whoop your behind," during a filling appointment. Despite my son's nerves and tears, Mysinger callously dismissed his pain, insisting it was "impossible" for him to feel any discomfort since what he was drilling was only enamel. The dentist is nice and seemed to do a good job with my daughter's procedures. The front office staff is not helpful and provides misleading information in terms of estimates. I was told they contacted my insurance company prior to the dental work being done only to find out they didn't bother to make that call to be able to give me an honest estimate. Due to how our account was handled, we will not be making future appointments at office.
We just love this dental office. Everyone is so kind; from the front office, to the hygienists to Dr. Mysinger. They’ve always seen us quickly if there was an emergency. My kids are so excited to go to the dentist thanks to this wonderful office.
Dr. Mysinger and his lovely assistant were wonderful with my child. Attentive to her needs, and very kind. I also brought my other child with me, and they were so kind to her as well. He did an excellent job filling her cavities in little time. Thank you all!
We had our first visit today and I highly recommend this office. The office is decorated beautifully and fun for kids. The staff was incredibly welcoming and showed sweet patience with my little girl, who was very nervous. Ms Ally was so sweet, and talked her through every step of the cleaning. Very thankful to have found Dr Mysinger’s office!
