Anytime you’ve a warranty issue they drag it out as long as possible and make the entire situation as difficult as possible instead of just fixing the issue.

Received a letter in the mail saying to take my car in for a update that needed to be done free of charge. Well, when I took it up there, the service desk gave me a warning that seems suspicious about a hundred eighty dollar fee. If they find nothing's wrong, when the paperwork says that I need to update this period not one of those things that need to break first. People that work there are awesome. The only problem I had is the fact that they had my warranty incorrect. I am supposed to get free oil changes with the warranty. I purchased when I bought the vehicle. Since that time the dealership has been sold and now they’re stating I don’t have the original warranty.
