Customer Service nice. The mechanic was difficult to understand over the phone. He didn’t think the car had engine problems, despite evidence of that. Am still waiting for resolution over the paint problem, despite letter from Hyundai Corporation noting white paint bubbling/ peeling on 2015-2017 Sonatas which I have.
We recently purchased a car from Mike Miller Hyundai. We had a great experience. Our salesman Geoff Caldwell was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He made sure our vehicle was serviced and full of gas when we picked it up. Everyone including John in financing were wonderful to us. We would definetly purchase another vehicle from them again.
Mr Paul confirmed the appointment . When i show up they tell me the vehicle is sold. Very unprofeesional behaviour. I am glad i didnt do business with this dealership.
I’m very happy with my auto and the ease of understanding the financial side.
