Mike Miller to the rescue again a few months again my sons car went in limp mode and left him broke down in Iowa my sales guy Chase was amazing and helped us get the car fixed and back. Today 7/3 while on our way to Branson Mo we are again stranded due to This car again!! Thank you Mike Miller Kia team for having incredible integrity. Our friend's 2015 Kia Sorento experienced an issue related to a recall. They sent a flat bed tow truck to his home at no cost to him to get it to the dealership. Because the recall issue damaged the engine, they are replacing the engine at no cost to him. They also helped him with temporary transportation since this was his only vehicle. I don't know of any other dealership that would go to this much trouble to make it right. Our Sedona van had an issue with the power sliding doors. It was out of warranty, but Brian went to bat for us and contacted Kia and they covered it. Things like this convince us that our next van will also be a Kia! Excellent service. They know their stuff and they care.
