Looking for a professional, fun buying experience......hop aboard the McDonough McTrain team! I've worked with realtors who I thought were a bit "stuffy". By this, I mean using wording that should have gone out the door years ago. What we liked about Mike, is that he gets right to the point, no mixed "flowery" words. He knows his business. Saying that Mike and his team are great, would be an understatement! Mike was the buyer's agent for our home sale and he helped us every step of the way. Very easy to talk to. When I needed someone to sell my parents' house, Mike immediately came to mind -- at one time I had considered selling my own house, but Mike pointed out all of the great features and convinced me to stay, despite missing out on a potentially lucrative commission. That's how I knew he was a class act. Throughout the process of the recent sale, he was aggressive in negotiating with the buyer, and has a great ability to detect any nonsense. I really felt like I had someone on my side.
