Bought a new Colorado, and traded my older Canyon, here from Melody and it was very easy. I despise going to a dealership and getting a new vehicle but honestly this was the easiest it has ever gone. No pressure, only one back and forth on price. Only took a few hours total and even delivered my vehicle after for free. Will come back again..
We traveled from western KS to get our Atlas fixed. It had a bunch of dash lights on. They were very upfront and kept us updated throughout the day. They knew we wanted to get home yet that night so they made sure they got done what had to be done at VW. The lady at the service desk was very knowledgeable and nice to work with👍🏼

I took my car here to get an oil pan replaced since it had cracked. After receiving my car back the third time the tech told me they had no idea what happened. The new oil pan cracked a day after they claim they replaced it. They left an oil mess on the back of my car after charging me over $600 just to tell me what was wrong with the car in the first place. If you have absolutely any control over where your Volkswagen is repaired, ensure you avoid the Mike Maroone Service Center. I was forced to use their service for the repair of my VW Golf R after I was rear ended in an accident. Sadly, the only place certified to do the aluminum work on my car was the dealership and I had no choice other than to use them.
