Took the car in, and they had all the issues fixed in one day
I took my car here to get an oil pan replaced since it had cracked. After receiving my car back the third time the tech told me they had no idea what happened. The new oil pan cracked a day after they claim they replaced it. They left an oil mess on the back of my car after charging me over $600 just to tell me what was wrong with the car in the first place. If you have absolutely any control over where your Volkswagen is repaired, ensure you avoid the Mike Maroone Service Center. I was forced to use their service for the repair of my VW Golf R after I was rear ended in an accident. Sadly, the only place certified to do the aluminum work on my car was the dealership and I had no choice other than to use them. I’ve been trying to get the clean vehicle seller report from the dealership for weeks (should have been provided for a ID.4 purchase in Feb ‘23). Dealership has not replied to multiple calls and emails. It’s looking like using them is a $7500 mistake.
I feel like every time I go here, something else ends up being wrong after I leave. Unsure if it’s laziness, or what, but I’m tired of paying premium prices for subpar work.
