Mike Orndorff and the 3 Js are the best service department in town!
Made an appointment to drop my vehicle off on 9-19 for warranty work through the diesel gate warranty. Problem #1: Was only supposed to be there for the day. Any work done under Diesel gate states if the vehicle is at the dealership over 3 hours they must provide a rental car or loaner vehicle. Problem #2 Finally get a call on 9-22 saying vehicle is ready for pick up. Got a ride to the dealership just to show up and receive my keys to see the front of my car smashed and tried to release it back to me. (See provided pictures)... read more
My service advisor, Mike Orndorff, provided personal and informative guidance to my service needs at a cost even this senior citizen could afford! Highly recommend! Just as a footnote, I have been back there several times and Mike has been exceptional every time, including a couple weeks ago in August of this year, 2025.
