5 stars for Ricky who tried to make the deal good. The car drives great but the work the dealership said they did does not appear to have taken place. Top that off with the fact it is in the shop for the 4th time to try and pass emissions. Honda was useless on this and I like there people and dealership but for some reason the shop was way out of whack from over charging for a part (from honda cost $375 they wanted $1200) I wish I could send business to the good people working there but my experience with this purchase means... read more

Your sales team is shady, unprofessional, and lacks integrity. The listed price was $24,689, but you tried to sneak in over $2,500 in extra fees. That kind of greed and dishonesty cost you the sale. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership—better luck next time.
I'd give them one star I asked for a 2022 Honda accord hybrid and they are rare to get. It had damages to the rear and front bumper minor ones but still I was promised a new grill for the front and was lied to never got one. They told me they were ordering the parts for replacement while I was signing papers buying the car. In my honest opinion the place is trash if you go there good luck they will sell you a car but it will cost you dearly. The place is a joke and under investigation by the BBB
