After diagnostic a car and words that everything good with car,I left so happy. But next day screen of car show low pressure. And after 2 week car stop working. What kind diagnostic was done? May be nothing made at all????? I am bought this car a couple month ago in your company. A am understand that car was not new and got in car accident. I needed a VIN verification, and the Service Department at the Express Lane was professional, quick, and courteous.
I had been coming here for over TEN years. It was Al Serra then. In the past YEAR, this business has changed significantly. First, your appointments for service are NOT appointments, they’re windows in which you can stop by with 5 other people to bring your car by. Oil changes take an hour and a half. No, literally. And their integrity? Let’s just say they told me it would be a $180 diagnostic for my squeaky door hinge. No electrical components. Just so someone can look at the metal.
