Mike did an awesome job marketing our home. He created a binder with all the upgrades we’ve done and the things we liked best about living there, which greatly appealed to buyers. The video was creative and very professionally done. We received two offers within a week and accepted one of them. He also helped us buy our new home in a 55+ community. I highly recommend Mike as both a listing and buyer’s agent.

Mike was great and would highly recommend! We had a tight timetable for finding a place in order to get moved in in time for the next school year and Mike enabled us to hit the ground running, organizing tons of showings and getting us out to see probably 30 houses in less than two weeks. Throughout the whole process he was responsive and helpful, including during negotiations where we were uncertain.
