I contacted LaBella Plumbing and had immediate response. I had an issue with outside faucet leaking and was expecting a complete replacement of the faucet and connecting pipe soldered on inside of house. Rather than replacing, the faucet was repaired with washer replacements. While I had a problem with only one, at my request both were replaced. Called Mike this morning to talk over a frozen pipe- he was extremely polite and totally willing to offer up totally free advice on how to go about fixing it without needing to send anyone over. His advice directly fixed the issue (and luckily nothing burst when it thawed) so I didn't actually need anyone to come out, but you can bet Mike will be the first person I call when I do!
I used Mike's service. Super prompt, he was flexible with my crazy work schedule and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him!

Ok.... I have mixed review.... So take it for what it's worth. I've had these folks out twice to my home. They came on time, did great work, and at what I thought was a really reasonable cost. I was very pleased with the service I recieved! The specialist John Blevins was a huge help! He even came out to diagnose my heating duct issue on a Saturday and fixed us up enough to get though the next snowstorm!! Reasonable cost with excellent customer service! Ill be using them more!
