Bought my first bike (used) at their full asking price. Got home (3 miles) and noticed the tire looked low and was at 10 PSI. Found a nail that had clearly been in the tire for a while as it was already worn flat and deeply seated in the tread. Immediately took the bike back the same day and they basically called us liars and told us there was no nail when they sold it to us. No offer to fix it. Not even an Offer on a discount to fix it. The service department is excellent! Andy, the service manager was very helpful and fixed our Kawasaki Mule under a Kawasaki Service Bulletin, which would have been a very expensive repair had they not checked on that. We had other repairs done there in the past and they always do a great job! I highly recommend them!
