Everything went smoothly and the service department is great..had a nail in my tire and they were very nice about it and fixed it...and had it inspected there yesterday and again the service department so nice and go over everything with me if I have questions.. good dealership with a good service department. top of theline

Bought a 2011 Corolla S New off the lot in Dec. 2011, got rid of the car last year in September 2013, Horrible services, I remember my first service I took my car in and the service guy took my car for a quick wash and came back with multiple of scratches, him and the manager claim it was from the dirt that was on my car, which there was none when I took it in. I called and made an appointment for 2:00. We arrived about 2:08. I stood at the desk for 10-15 minutes before anyone noticed I hadn't been checked in. Other customers came and went. Finally about 3:30 my husband opened the door to the bays and asked about our car. They had forgotten about us. The car had been ready for a long time. From now on I'll go to the main building or some where else.
