Ed in the service department is unprofessional and a liar . I spoke with ED on a few occasions in regards to scheduling an appointment for my windshield. Ed stated he would call me back after he ordered the windshield. I spoke with him on wed 7/21/21 , Ed scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 7/27/21. When I arrived ED stated he never spoke with me and Volkswagen doesn't do windshields, and I was at the wrong location .
