Very disrespectful employees. They had attitudes.
Not very impressed. I called to ask if they had a particular year/make/model in the yard. He flat out said: I'm not sure, I buy 100 cars a month". Okaaay?? What kind of salvage yard worth its salt does not keep inventory of what vehicles they have on lot, lol? Sounds like they need a dedicated customer service associate with access to some modernized inventory data system. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.
Fair prices and nice people to work with. I came from work and didnt have tools with me so they pulled the parts while I waited but after he drive me around Chevy row to look at every Blazer they had. Thank you and I will definately be back!
Mike Gill Auto & Truck Parts gave exceptional customer service this month. I was looking for an original part that was very difficult...and turned out to be impossible to find. I was pointed to an after market replacement that I'm hoping will work okay. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!! I will definitely shop here again for future classic truck parts.
