Dr. Freeman, Kathy, his assistant, and Anita were all extremely professional and provided excellent dental care and customer service. I was a very anxious dental patient and had a lot of work done. Not once did Dr. Freeman or Kathy ever become impatient with me and really worked to ensure I was comfortable. I am very happy with the end result. Anita really was so helpful and provided excellent customer service in terms of helping me get the dental work financed.
Dr Freeman and his staff are the finest I've ever been to. Their care, treatment and friendliness are always sincere. We're moving out of state and know it will be difficult to find the quality care that we have received at their office
I like the fact that you send a reminder a week ahead of my appt. That way, I can be sure to keep it. I also like that you ask me to confirm. Keep up the good work!
Another great experience with Dr Freeman and staff! From the first person you check in with through the last person you see, everyone is so polite and conscientious regarding your care! I implicitly trust everyone there!
I was referred by a friend after having issues finding a dentist I was comfortable with. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist To set up my appointment I felt at home, then coming in and the entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. I am always very nervous at dentist offices and I felt very calm and at ease here. Dr.Freeman was extremely nice and kind. I will be coming back and referring friends and family to his office.
Dr. Freeman is profession and practices with integrity. The staff is knowledgable and enjoys working for him. Best part? Your time is respected! I arrive early because I will be seen on time.
