Very professional yet warm staff. Enjoyed conversations.
Great first visit. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Referral to oral surgeon was prompt and met my needs.

Susan is an excellent hygienist! Friendly, fast and she doubles as a therapist.
Susan (Susie?!) was extra nice. She was quick with my cleaning, which I sincerely appreciate as I have a slight fear of teeth cleaning. And Dr. Freeman is always so compassionate and thorough. He makes you feel like his only patient and willing to spend as much time as needed answering questions. I would definitely recommend his office!

If there is one thing I wish hadn't changed over the years is the limited number of days the office is open. Being open only 3 days a week limits appointment times available by 40%, especially if you have an acute problem as I did (or thought I did). We've been coming here about 20 years, I think and I'm pretty certain you used to be open 5 days a week.
Last two visits the wait time was 15 minutes; 25 mins from when arrived. This is longer than normal.
