I've been with this insurance company for YEARS yet they decided to drop me randomly over something that had nothing to do with me. I was told what finalized their decision was me using the roadside THAT COMES WITH MY POLICY to get my car fix showed that I'm a liability. I wasn't aware that someone with a great driving record, no accidents, & still paying them becomes a liability when using the services they offered! In my need to find just the right fit for car insurance for a friend buying a new vehicle I spoke with Akaycia at Mike Frantz State Farm office here in Tallahassee. Within a couple of hours my friend, who was getting nowhere with several other insurance companies, got straight down to business with Kayci and left the phone conversation with great relief and a policy in hand when she is ready to purchase her vehicle. The office staff are amiable, however State farm has provided terrible service. Their phone lines are severely understaffed and unable to even answer phone calls. State farm had at one time been an excellent company but that no longer is the case.
State farm has not handled my claim. Badservice.
