Mike Ford and his team of mechanics have always been amazing. I know, I can bring in my vehicle with an issue and they take me very seriously. I have had on occassion, a technician has gone out to my vehicle and discovered the issue even before it was brought into a work bay. The crew at Mike Ford's repair shop is respectful, friendly, and upfront about their pricing.
Great experience! Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative, including the front desk lady. She has a big job, but keeps everything running smoothly. I had some work done on my classic Ford pickup. This is a great family run business. Very personable and reasonable fees.
Mike’s shop does great work and has excellent customer service. Competitive prices as well. You won’t find a better shop in the Rome to Calhoun area.
Very professional and polite. I've used them several times and will continue to bring my vehicles to them!!
