The service I received at Mike Erdman Cadillac was one of the best thanks to Justin Staley! He was super courteous and explained what the service department did to my car (backup camera wasn't working) in full detail. Hopefully I don't have another issue with my car but if I do.... I'm definitely going to Justin and his cool glasses! 🤓
I want to give a huge shoutout to Mike Erdman Cadillac and the General Manager Greg. I was having an issue with my Cadillac and Greg went above and beyond to make it right. The service department also did incredible work. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to purchase my next Cadillac.
Review on the Parts department only: THE WORST! First, they are under construction so I couldn't actually walk to a parts counter. I was left waiting in the showroom while a guy sent a guy to go find a guy...arg! He came out and handed me a piece of paper - write down your name and your phone number. I was like...why do you need all that I just came to pick up the tesla adapter at 3 like I said I would.
