I was visiting on vacation in the area when I had an issue with my Cadillac. There was a recall, the part was hard to get, it was a mess. Every person I came in contact with was so pleasant, you can tell they enjoy their work environment! We now live here. Just made another appointment for service and the experience was just as great as I remember it the first time! Happy employees and great customer service are getting harder and harder to find these days, but they’ve nailed it!
This is long overdue, but wanted still wanted to thank Ava, AK and Jonathan for their outstanding service. A few months back I was in NEED of a pick up truck and the one I wanted was not officially ready to be sold. Without cutting any corners, they managed to meet my timeline, modify the tow package and had me rolling in a couple of days. Team Mike Erdman is now 2 for 2 in hooking me up!
Literally the worst treatment I’ve ever gotten from a dealership. Service intake was rude and condescending. I will never go back. I recommend you stay away too. Terrible service and expensive unnecessary “repairs”.
Outstanding service and staff!! Drove the extra distance from PB to use this particular Cadillac center & quite happy I chose to do so - I will be purchasing another Cadillac soon & this is definitely the dealership I will be using moving forward. Excellent group!!
