My name is Jennifer Erdman and (no I am not related). I dropped off my car after I had previous shop tell me they do not have a mechanic or machine available for the work on my Cadillac. They told me to take it to Mike Erdman dealership in Cocoa. This car has been in this shop longer than I have even owned the vehicle. The service I received at Mike Erdman Cadillac was one of the best thanks to Justin Staley! He was super courteous and explained what the service department did to my car (backup camera wasn't working) in full detail. Hopefully I don't have another issue with my car but if I do.... I'm definitely going to Justin and his cool glasses! 🤓
