I bought a Honda here in 2020 and had a great experience. I was told I could get a loaner vehicle, bought a 5 year warranty, was very happy. Then a weird noise started from my once very quiet smooth car and I asked about it, took it in, did a ride along with staff and was told its just normal engine noise. 6 months after that my engine was knocking like a semi and they finally agreed something was wrong and I shouldn't drive it!!!!
