Besides having great service Dustin kept us informed about the progress of the service. He made sure our waiting time was comfortable.
This is my second review for Mike Erdman Cadillac, specifically the service advisor and the repair service. I stopped going to Tasca in Melbourne, frankly because they don’t give a hoot about the customer. In my previous review I complained that Erdman had to correct the problems that Tasca created with my air ride system. My XTS has a somewhat complicated suspension system with magnetic and air ride components.
