At least four times in the last six weeks, we have attempted to go to Mike and Ed’s only to find them not open. On each occasion, their website showed open and after the first attempt, I would call each time to verify that they were open. Today I called at 5:20 and asked what time they closed. The girl who answered hesitated and said, “we close at 7:00.” Deciding to try one more time, my husband and I drive almost 15 minutes from home only to find them closed again - at 6:05!!! Never open. Hours always changing. Have tried three times to order in the last week. Today we called to order and they answered and immediately said they were closed.
Always been a big fan, but came in today and no masks being worn by employees so I left without ordering. Disappointing.
This used to be our favorite BBQ in town. Ordered a pound of BBQ and it was full of fat. Ordered a cup of BBQ slaw, cup of pickles and Hickory sauce. Got a cup of mayonnaise slaw, no pickles and no sauce. Brought it to their attention and got an attitude. Brought me back a cup of 2 tsp of BBQ slaw with 3 pickles in it. very nasty , Rude an they sold me molded sandwiches an refuse to give my money back . very poor service ! food was absolutely cold .
Ribs were so so, just wasn’t very flavorful

Use to love Mike and Ed's. They do not honor their coupons as I was told today by their owner he couldn't make any money from them. The man has no honor, we lost our money, and some of it went to charity. We still spent 31 dollars there. The last time We will spend a dime there. Wonder how much he will make off of lost customers. He did tell me the store in Phoenix City would honor them. To bad I don't live there. I suggest everyone find them a real bar-b-que house.
