I wish I could give no stars! Mike Dallas doesn't honor his word when you need things fixed in the house, just know you will have to fix everything yourself even though he is the landlord. He will try and keep all of your deposit when you move out also! We spent several days cleaning the house and scrubbing the bathrooms and kitchen and every room in the house actually and it got us nowhere! Even if you're an outstanding tenant and pay your rent on time every month he will find any reason to keep every penny of your deposit.... read more
