I decided to use Mike Conway after reading the reviews on Nextdoor. I am extremely satisfied with the process from start to finish. Mike's price was competitive, the inspection was thorough, and the fumigation process was seamless. It took less than 3 days. The house was tented on Monday by 4pm and available for re-entry on Wednesday 12noon.
