Mike is a really great person in general and a very responsive, professional realtor. He always thinks about your best interest vs. making a deal to make a deal. The only regret I have is not using him originally when I purchased my townhome. Luckily, I "wised up" and used Mike as my realtor for the forever home my wife and I purchased.
