My service coordinator, John, was exceptional. My check engine light was on. I had scheduled an appointment, but had some barriers that prevented me from being present during the actual appointment. I was able to drop my vehicle off the evening before. John is always professional, personalable, patient and respectful.

I had an issue with my 2017 F250 and Casey Hoffman went out of her way to handle our issue and get my truck back to me as fast as she could. We will use this dealership again if we ever have another issue. She even called me 2 days later to make sure they fixed our trouble. GREAT SERVICE CASEY THANK YOU

Mr. Sherrod Anderson was the sales men that assisted me in purchasing my 2018 F-250 Platinum. I was extremely happy with his polite manner and knowledge about the truck.
