Ryan, Gary, Rich, and Jordan on the used side did an excellent job helping me purchase a cheap work beater. Treated me with the up most respect as if I was buying an expensive car off the lot on a HOLIDAY weekend!! We will definitely be coming back come time to trade one of our other vehicles in!
This was a good vehicle buying experience, and I bought out of state which can be nerve wracking. Easy to get a long :) test drive, and they will work with you so you can have the vehicle for the time you need to have it looked at by a mechanic. Personally I do that with every vehicle and if a dealer says no I don't even bother with them because I assume they are trying to hide something. I didn't get that feeling at this dealership at all. Not happy with customer experience at all! I had a diagnostic done prior to arriving and knew the problem with the Check Engine Light was the EVAP Purge Valve. Yet we still have to pay $200 for you tell me what I already knew. This is a 30-minute job and the part was $73. Originally when I received a call they quoted $675!!!! What?!!!! I called back and said there has to be a mistake. Well, it turns out there was a double charge on labor. The new total was now $431. Still a mystery as to why so high. I’ve been to dozens of car dealerships and cannot stress how much better of an experience it was with Gary, Ryan, and Jordan. They were super personable, professional, and kind. Genuinely super kind, friendly, and wonderful people. Great communication throughout and never felt pressured to buy. Will be encouraging my friends to come here for any new cars!
