Gary answered all my questions clearly, explained every detail, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure at all just honest advice and great customer service. The whole process was quick, transparent, and easy.
I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light that came on. In addition to that needed repair I was informed I needed 2 other things done as well with a $6,700 estimated bill. These other two things were not things I brought the vehicle in for so I was hesitant if they were really needed. I asked for photos and they provided me a link that included a video but I still wasn't convinced after reviewing the video.
