Very helpful! Great communication! Easy to get a hold of and very flexible in working around our schedules. He was very familiar with the area and had lots of contacts in the area. We were first time home buyers and he walked us through the entire process. Highly recommend!
We had an acceptable offer within 24 hours, way above what we were expecting. We were doubtful he could do it, but he did. The listing of the home was quick and painless.
He was very knowledgably of current markets, he priced my house at the top of the market pricing, we slowly adjusted, we had an offer and got very close to top market pricing, the sale was closed, and I am happy. It was a difficult buyer, but all is well that ends well. Mike is a professional.

We first met Mike at an open house. We were new to the area and didn't know anyone. He seemed friendly and willing to help direct our search so we kept in contact. Long story short we are glad we went with him. He is patient. It took us many months to find a place as we were coming from out of town, learning the area, and very picky. Mike was very aggressive in selling our home, he was knowledgeable and knew how to market our home, he had open houses at least twice a month and kept us informed on all feedback he received from other realtors or parties that he showed our home to, I would highly recommend him to anyone whom is interested in selling their home.
