Immensely disappointed in Mike Carney Toyota!! Went in on the 11th of Aug. Keen on a 4x4 double cab with extras. Wasn't even offered a test drive!!!! Today, 19 Aug and still waiting for a price!!! Been physically in twise today to follow up on the quote but the salesman isn't in and the General Manager isn't available. If this is the service before a brand new sale, what will it be afterwards? Just had a standard service and was charged a ridiculous amount for labour as well as a range of other 'extras' they added on. They even rotated my tyres and did a wheel alignment just to add to the cost even though the tyres were put on yesterday at Bridgstone. Who were awesome. Do not recommend going back to anyone once cap price servicing expires. I had a poor experience when buying the car initially and chose to drive to Ayr where the service was way better and purchased it there.
Today we had an opportunity to meet with the Team from Used Vehicle Dealership. Not only were they Professional. We had Great laughs and friendly banter. We got an awesome deal. Extra Thank you to Ian Maloney and Mathew Jijo your hospitality to make us great coffee to go our tank was full with so much fun and highly recommend them to anybody.
I bought a used Hilux rouge I went in and signed paperwork went back in two more times to sign paperwork, that I didn't mind liots of stuff had to get done staff in used car part great. Stopped in there without a booking as I was having issues with my car. Turned out there was a recall - they sourced parts that day and had it fixed up ready for me to take home the next day. Hannah C was fantastic throughout as was the courtesy bus driver Ben - dropping me home and picking me back up despite my residence being well out of the way. Have such helpful and friendly staff makes an inconvenient situation so much more bearable. Thanking the team at Toyota for being wonderful throughout xx
