Mike W. upgraded thermostats at a fair price. In addition, service techs Nathan and Juilo(?) did an excellent job in connecting the upgraded i-comfort thermostats. Spent extra time rewiring the zones to the thermostat connections at the furnace/AC where they now look nicly organized and tucked into place. Thanks!

We have used Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling for the past 5 years, ever since they installed our HVAC system when our house was built. We prepaid for spring and fall maintenance and trusted that our units were being serviced properly. Unfortunately, that trust has been broken. Despite repeatedly telling the technicians about temperature irregularities (our office and master bedroom never cooling properly in the summer or heating properly in the winter), nothing was ever done. We have MB's membership plan where they do two tune-ups a year. We lost our AC on Saturday on an extremely hot day. I called their "emergency" line and we were lucky someone showed up within less than an hour and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Highly recommend these guys.
