Loni did an excellent job walking us through our new HVAC system, and explaining all the features. He was knowledgeable, courteous, polite and extremely professional. Installed my warranty part. Charged me double without letting me know before hand. Charged me an extra hour of labor to pick up a part from 45 minutes away. Without telling me it would cost more.
They replaced the gas valve on my 4 year furnace that was leaking gas, and charged me half what the company who installed the unit wanted to charge me! Thanks to Loni who did the job, and to Chad and his supervisor for seeing this through. Mike Bryant's will be my stop for anything heating and cooling related
We had an extremely helpful visit from our technician Julian. He is knowledgeable, thorough and patient to make sure we understood what our system needed. We were very impressed with his expertise.
Travis Mann came out and did my annual maintenance and was very thorough and professional. He took his time and gave me updates on my furnace. Second to none customer service. I will definitely request him moving forward!
