Still waiting on my refund Mike ... Been 24 days and I all hear from your office is, "we are very busy and backed up" You will take my money up front and process my payments immediately to start a policy - but when it's time to disburse credits, all the sudden the system is "backed up" The math is really easy. It took me about 4 minutes to calculate. If the folks that do this for a living need 24+ days to figure it out, seems like there are some bad faith actors involved either in your office or at HQ
