Best Customer Service Mike has been caring for our automobiles for over 10 years. He was recomended to us when we purchased a used Jeep Cherokee for my wife. His business honored the service policy we purchased with the Jeep. He has earned our respect for the best car care we have ever experienced. Great Place to have your car repaired Someone else used the word INTEGRITY. It is a great word for this shop. I always ask the price upfront, get a diagnosis of the problem, and have always been treated fairly and in a timely manner. He is a very nice man and has repaired both my car and my daughter's car.

Good service, Very helpful I have a dodge dakota and my truck wouldnt start, I called Autozone, and they recommended this auto shop, I took my truck there on a Tuesday was told it was the alternator, the mechanics there were very friendly and helpful,I did a price comparison and this shop gave me a very good deal, had my truck back on Thursday. The shop does look very busy, but that didn't affect my service. I would recommend this shop.

Never again. Horrible Service. Took almost a month before I finally had my truck looked at, saw cars in and out before mine was even looked at. Ended up needing head gaskets replaced, was quoted $1200! For HEAD GASKETS. After choosing to leave and choose another shop that did them for $500 the mechanic I talked to(Chance or Chase) told me he would have my truck put back outside and I could pay them. Best shop in the panhandle. My whole family uses Mike for our car care needs. He is thorough, fair and very knowledgeable. When I think of a word to describe Mike it is integrity. His mechanics are top rate and do the job right the first time. He warranties his work and follows through. His prices cannot be beat. He is very busy and the reason is simple he is that good. Using any other mechanic would be a waste of time.

finish when he gets around to it... Mike biele worked on my vehicle. It took him almost a week to even crack the hood. He found out that it was a fuel pump on a 305 chevy. He said there were none in Amarillo and had to order it. 4 days later he got the part. One more week later, he still was not done with the vehicle.

Great service It is hard to find a trustworthy automotive maintenance shop. You don't have to worry about that here. Great diagnostic services and good customer service. Convenient location and hours. Excellent explanations of maintenance procedures and costs involved. Overall good auto business and good customer contact. Sometimes you have to wait a few days for car to be fixed but that is only because he is busy servicing other cars. Must be a sign of good service!
