Worse place I have ever seen or been to for service. I would give a 0, no star rating, if I could. I was so disappointed in their service from getting the appointment to going in for my appointment. The place is totally chaotic. It's like a factory assembly line and the atmosphere is quite unsettling. I called for an appointment for service maintenance for my car. I got sold a car on May 2024 and didnt get my car till about a month later supposedly because they were waiting on a part. We took our ***** sonic 2014, to them to fix whatever was needed, it was skipping and not running right, running hot etc..they were aware of all this bc we told them..they called and said it was fixed we go to pick it up **** dollars thinking its fuxed..we made it 3 miles down the rd and called them back ,they said it was our responsibility to get it towed back to them..they finally got someone to tow it after arguing with them saying this was unacceptable...they did not fix anything ,it was doing the exact same thing it was... read more
We sold our car to them on 11/29/2021. They took our keys and our car and had to pay off our lease on the vehicle. They paid it the next day on 11/30/2021. Its now 12/8/2021 and we still havent received a check for our difference owed. My wife is pregnant and having to do twice a week visits to the doctor and I work full time so needless to say weve been stretched pretty thin borrowing cars from family and friends just to get by.
