Poor to mediocre. He was more concerned about the buyer/seller agents, than me. I learned very little that I did not already know about the property and he missed several items. Two stars because he did show up on time, and write the boilerplate cover his own rear end report - all of which were useless, and a waste of money.
I had the opportunity in working with Mike on a unique property in Box Elder County. He was very thorough and knowledgeable of all aspects of the inspection. I would highly recommend Mike Barton for a comprehensive and detailed home inspection. He made both sides of the transaction comfortable and did a great job explaining everything necessary. Thank you Mike for doing a great job.
