Just went to the one in Highland to register and sign up....and asked could I use the bathroom, and was first told no, by a guy with exceptionally poor customer service skills ( I can still see the scowl on his face) and then a supervisor stepped in and said I needed to fill out a visitors form before relieving myself... neither one apologized after seeing how annoyed I was and didn’t seem to care that I would be taking my business elsewhere...
