At first these guys seem to have your best interest at heart but as soon as you start asking questions everything changes. This was the first time I've had to file a claim on my home, so I was not well versed in the process. I have never made a claim on my roof before, and I started looking for a contractor on the BBB website. Mike & Mike popped up, and I gave them a call. Mr. ******** answered, and the rest is history. Not only did he notice the insurance company underpaid, he was able to get me the amount I deserved! Being a preferrred and recommended contractor, Mike & Mike had no problem talking to my insurance company directly. Their roof crew worked swiftly and the clean was fantastic.
