Instead of trying to up sell getting a new roof, he was honest and explained what needed to be fixed, and that he would be happy to fix it the very next day! Some roofers try to overcharge and replace a large section for a small leak, but he was punctual, honest and gave me a recommendation that wasn't trying to make me replace my entire roof.
