After examining and taking pictures of the roof, Mike showed me the problems and clearly explained what needed to be done to remedy them. He answered all my questions and concerns with earnestness, and offered a very reasonable price to complete the work. Mike completed the work in a timely manner, provided pictures of the repaired roof for me to send to the insurance company, and even checked with me the day fter the recent rainstorm to see whether I’d had any problems. My roof sprung a leak in the middle of the night. They were the only ones who provided an immediate response as was able to come out in the morning to assess the situation.One of the owners actually came out and looked at my roof. I've never had a roofing company come out same day.
