Had a great experience with Mike And Mike Remodeling. Mike called that same morning and worked around my work schedule to come later that afternoon on a roof repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and then some. Roof repair was made at the same time at a very reasonable price. We'll most definitely use him for our new roof. My last email to her on Oct 3rd was this: Michelle let me know when you got the back porch cleared off I'll get somebody over there Monday or Tuesday I will paint that those boards brown. Her response was OK. I have all of this on my text. So she said OK I'll get the porch cleared off that?s what she agreed to so I can have my painter go over there and paint but she never let me know that she had it cleared off and it's been raining on and off since then. Mike was very efficient. He kept me updated and sent pictures of the issues and then the pictures of the repair. He even checked for other things and made a few repairs at no charge. That’s integrity at its highest quality!
Mike did work on 2 roofs. One of them was complicated. He helped with the insurance claim and ran the numbers on sizing roof vents and gutter size. He communicated very well A+ and this is so important to me, as well as showing up on time, and following up. Excellent quality work was done, really went above and beyond. Thank you Mike & Mike.

Mike met me at the scheduled time to look at the damage to the roof caused by hail and was consistently on time for our meetings. He examined the roof and said I would need to replace it. He advised me and worked with me to keep within my budget. He sent me pictures and kept me informed at each stage. I found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely use Mike again and recommend him to anyone!
