Went to Dr. Kautsky for 20+ years so naturally, somewhat hesitant with going to a new dentist. Dr. Manchester and staff have been a smooth transition. Consummate professionals here. Same level of care with some updated technologies. For those complaining about insurance coverage and payments, its the patient's responsibility to know what is covered and what's not. Figure it out.
Dr and assistant were nice. Receptionist is an idiot. If Jennifer calls you that means the receptionist told you that it was covered by your insurance and you wouldn’t pay and now Jennifer is telling you you need to pay if somebody tells you you’re covered get it in writing.
Dr. Manchester was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I was comfortable the entire visit. Friendly staff too. Highly recommended this clinic!
Dr Kautsky has retired. He has been replaced by Dr Manchester. Totally different philosophy. They require payment in full for your portion of charges the day of your appointment. When I was there things were chaotic and she ran late. Wont be going back.
