Saw Mika today at Tideland Health Market Commons. Everyone was very professional and pleasant from the front desk check in, the nurse, and the check out personnel. Mika listened to the description of my symptoms and did not rush me at all. Made an assessment and come up with an approach to treatment and explained it to me very clearly. Glad I opted to be seen here. Thank you.
As a patient, she completely let me down. I will trust doctors even less moving forward because of her.
Mika and her nurse, Vanessa, have been no less than wonderful, in every way...patient, kind, caring and so responsive. Even when my provider Mika Zeeryp was out of office, her MA/nurse, Vanessa went the extra mile for me, and more than once she got everything accomplished to expedite my testing (having been sick for close to one month).
