About this business
Our passion for fresh food comes from our founder, Mary Vasquez. Throughout her childhood in Central Mexico, she cooked with her mother and grandmother, helping to prepare family meals. When she moved to the States, she married Mike, had children of her own, continuing to make her favorite recipes from her childhood. Food was delicious. Some of their meats like chicken is kept in their juices so you need to be prepared to have burritos dripping. Carne asada doesn't drip but costs a little more. Don't be put off by the chicken though. It is very flavorful. Their breakfast burritos and tacos are really good too. Their hot sauce is one of the best around. Also I never knew that I needed strawberry horchata in my life but I'm glad it's a thing here. Definitely recommend.
