History Established in 1973. The legend began in 1973, when Mike and Mary Vasquez took over an existing restaurant in Corona, CA. They renamed it "Miguel's" in honor of Mike's grandfather, but they struggled to make a go of it. Mike kept his day job and worked the restaurant at night while Mary developed dishes and recipes. We recently moved to the area, and Miguels DEFINITELY has the best Mexican food we've ever tasted. The Service is extremely friendly and effecient. The experience is definitely worth the price. We will go back again for sure!!!
