Not very authentic. Like it wants to be Mexican food, but it has been Americanized and lost alot of the flavors! However, drowning anything in cheese hides what it is supposed to be!

I think that they could tenderize their carne asada a little bit and cook it at a higher heat to make it a little more crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside it's too tough. I also think that they need to switch brands of there shrimp that they get because the shells are still on most of them I don't know if they are deshelled there or if they come in a bag but they need to do a better job with that their Salsas however are delicious their ground pepper is delicious their beans and rice are very good.
