I highly recommend Dr. Miguel Rivera. He was able to give me a diagnosis when decades of other doctors could not. He also was able to guide me on a path to recovery. I am grateful for and to Dr. Rivera.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
