Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating medical-office experiences I’ve ever had. For my first appointment, I drove nearly an hour to the office only to be told when I arrived that the appointment was actually virtual. I had not been informed of that beforehand. Since then, appointments have been canceled multiple times, and communication and follow-through have continued to be extremely inconsistent. I really like Dr Grant, which is the only reason this review gets any stars at all. First, you have the go through a call center, and that call center is ridiculous. I can never actually connect with anyone in my office I need to connect to, because they "leave messages" and no one calls back. Ive been waiting weeks for a transfusion, which I can't get an update on. As much as I like Dr Grant, this office is going to mcause me to have to find a provider with an office that's condusive to providing healthcare. Today, I was pa... read more
