This doc absolutely does not care if patient suffers severe pain. When informed of patient's historical pain reaction to procedure and asked for help to avoid it happening again, he made it clear he's fine with whatever pain level is experienced... that's good, it can cause however much "discomfort" occurs, and it won't bother him one bit. I wouldn't send a dog for that kind of treatment. Dr Ambasht would NOT be ok with this.
